1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund if:
✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ Your request is made within 14 days of delivery.
✅ You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Refundable Items:
❌ Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products are non-refundable.
2. Return Process

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Shipping the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Processing
