  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Brintt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your package is missing:

6. Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover reshipping costs.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Brintt is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by high order volumes or external factors.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • For returns related to shipping problems, please follow our Refund Policy.
